Your enquiry information.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, company, email address, location, material requirements and message you provide. We use these details to review and respond to your request.

How information is handled

Enquiry details are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. Access to the enquiry dashboard requires an administrative access key. Cloudflare also provides security checks and hosting; its Turnstile service is used to reduce automated spam. Please do not include payment details or unrelated sensitive information in your message.

Videos and measurement

YouTube videos load only after you choose to watch. YouTube then handles playback data under its own policies. The site records enquiry conversion events in the browser for measurement; no advertising or analytics tracker is loaded by default.
